In 1997, Albert Hernandez took a leap of faith and started his own flooring and remodel company with a vision that went beyond simply building a successful business. Having learned the trade working alongside his Uncle, Albert grew up understanding the value of hard work, craftsmanship, and family.
He wanted to build something of his own — a company that could provide for his family, bring them closer together, and one day be passed down to his children.
Like many small businesses, the early years were built one customer at a time. Word of mouth, referrals, and the quality of our work helped us earn the trust of our community and establish our name. Becoming a recognized and trusted company didn't happen overnight, but through dedication and consistency, the business continued to grow.
Today, the company has tripled in size and grown into a well-established local business while still holding onto the family values that started it all. Albert's wife and three children have all played a role in helping run and grow the business, continuing the family tradition and making it truly a family owned and operated company.
